etimad is an initiative initially stemmed from the Labor Market and Employment Lab at what was previously the National Program for Enhancing Economic Diversification (Tanfeedh). The programme is now adopted by the Ministry of Labour and aims to train and qualify thousands of Omanis in the private sector in different batches. It includes specialised curriculums, which were designed in partnership with global and international leadership development institutions, i.e. MIT, TUCK, Harvard, and Columbia Business School. The revised programme consists of 5 main modules, e-learning, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and an action learning project, which will be executed within 10 months for the current batch.
