Information relating to the Company and its quarterly and annual financial statements are posted on this website. Financial statements, in Arabic and English, are also available at the Company’s offices during business hours.

Preliminary unaudited annual results for 2009 of the Group and Parent Company were disclosed via the electronic system of MSM on Sunday, 31st January 2010. This disclosure procedure is followed on an annual basis in compliance with current regulations.

All quarterly and annual results of the Group and Parent Company are published in leading Arabic and English newspapers in the Sultanate of Oman.

Audited financial statements, in Arabic, together with the Notice and Agenda for the Annual General Meeting are sent by post to all shareholders to their registered addresses provided by the Muscat Clearing and Depository Company SAOC. Summary of financial statements are also published in at least one Arabic and one English newspaper within five days of filing via the electronic transmission system of MSM.
