Mr
Jamal Shamis Al Hooti, a
graduate from USA, was elected as a Director in 1996. He is the Chief
Executive Officer of Oman Cement Company
saog, the leading cement
manufacturing company in Oman. Mr Jamal Shamis also held the position of
Assistant Director General of Industry, Ministry of Commerce & Industry and
served on the Board of Directors of Oman Mining Company and Oman Refinery
Company (both Government-owned), representing the Ministry of Commerce &
Industry and Gulf Stone saog.
Mr Jamal Shamis is a member of the Audit Committee and the Project Committee.
